Free Shipping Policy

All orders over $50 receive free domestic shipping (United States), excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

Rates

Boso ships to any street address in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii (standard rates apply), and Canada (international rates apply). We ship orders via UPS ground shipping, United States Postal Service, and multiple carriers in Canada including Canada Post and UPS. Boso does not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses.

Shipping rates are based on weight and shipping destination. All orders ship within 3 business days. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery; estimates are based on business days only. For expedited shipping (Priority, Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select) charges vary due to the freight rate at the time of shipping. We'll do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please be aware for all orders outside the US, there may be applicable shipping duties and fees for which Boso Music is not responsible. Boso is obligated by law to collect sales tax on shipping and handling fees associated with taxable orders. An email notification with tracking information will be sent to you when your packages have shipped. Delays may occur when order volume is near capacity.

Return/Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we will accept returns of packages within 10 days of the sale date and issue a full refund. It’s that simple. Refunds are for product price only. Shipping is not included. All we ask is that the product is not used, is in the same condition you received it, and is in the original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot extend this return policy to resellers of our product.
